The Premier, Dr. Zamani Saul, and Members of the Executive Council recently bid farewell to two learners who are the first cohort of learners who will study Maritime Engineering at the Vietnam Maritime University. The University accommodates about 17,000 students.
These learners are part of the Government’s vision of preparing the Northern Cape child to take on opportunities presented by its catalytic projects, such as the anticipated Boegoebaai Port and Rail Harbour in the Namakwa District.
In bidding the students farewell, the Premier encouraged them to stick together and ensure they do good at the University as a collective.
