MEC Lebogang Motlhaping, responsible for Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs (COGHSTA), in the Northern Cape, is leading Team COGHSTA to the second day of the NCOP Provincial Week engagements continuing today, 19 August 2026 at the Siyancuma Local Municipality, in Douglas, for a closer look at municipal performance, service delivery and key development projects.
Today’s programme includes engagements with the municipality, visits to housing developments, sewer and water pump stations, and further discussions on resident beneficiation and land reform.
