Lehlohonolo Tsolo better known as Kakapa, a respected Radio Presenter on Lesedi FM and a Jazz DJ wishes to advise members of the public about the hacking of his Facebook account by unscrupulous online criminals. The hacking has resulted in these criminals using his name in sourcing funds from unsuspecting Facebook friends. The matter has been reported to Facebook from last year October but unfortunately it still continues as people are still being conned of their hard-earned cash.
Tsolo distances himself from any of these malevolent attempts meant to rob people and advises any one to be alert about actions of these lunatics. A lot of people have lost money after being scammed by these criminals.
Said Tsolo, “It has come to my attention that there are numerous Facebook accounts opened in my name and are being used to steal from friends and family. I appeal to all my social media friends not to accept friendship requests from these people and also refrain from paying monies under the disguise that I’m in trouble needing financial assistance.”
Tsolo has appealed to people who have received these suspicions messages to report them to Facebook immediately where possible also alert him.
