Councillors from Emthanjeni, in collaboration with the Department of Transport, Safety and Liaison, with members of the Local AIDS Council and various stakeholders took to the N1 between Richmond and Hanover on a roadblock to create awareness on HIV/AIDS and the importance or sobriety during the festive season.
SAPS and traffic service officials conducted their normal road safety check during the roadblock with the distribution condoms and HIV awareness pamphlets to motorists. Working together we can create a society free of HIV.
