The young lions’ roar was thunderous, signalling their readiness to unleash a ground battle in
defence of the gains of freedom and in advancing a better life for all. This was during the recent launch
of Peter Mokaba’s volunteers’ campaign in Kuruman.
The event was a huge success and was addressed by the African National Congress Youth League President Collin Malatji, who was in his usual element, rallying young people to defend democracy.
ANC Northern Cape Chairperson Cde Dr Zamani Saul, supported by some Provincial Executive Committee members and the John Taolo Gaetsewe Region’s REC members, were in full support.
