MyArts International will be hosting a Diamond Capacity Building Workshop in Kimberley on the 11th and 12th of July 2024. This transformative two-day event aims to empower participants with comprehensive insights into the intricacies of the diamond industry, while also shedding light on the business landscape, regulatory frameworks, and lucrative opportunities within the Diamond, platinum and gold sectors.<\/p>\n

The Kimberley Capacity Building Workshop will serve as a beacon of knowledge, offering in-depth sessions on regulatory compliance, market dynamics, access to trade opportunities, fostering enterprise development, and illuminating the intricate nuances of the diamond value chain. Our goal is to equip approximately 100 aspiring and established local entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge necessary to thrive in this competitive industry.<\/p>\n

Throughout the duration of the workshop, attendees will benefit from invaluable contributions from a diverse array of stakeholders. This esteemed lineup will include government officials, influential policy makers, regulatory authorities, seasoned traders, esteemed researchers, esteemed academics, leading mining corporations, representatives from mining communities, visionary industrialists, manufacturers, and renowned machinery companies.<\/p>\n

In addition to providing invaluable insights into local and international market access, this workshop will also serve as a launchpad for participants interested in Incubation programs and participation in prestigious events such as the South-Africa Focus Week in Singapore from the 24th to the 27th of September 2024.<\/p>\n

Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to engage in other noteworthy events, including the Stokvels Congress on the 4th and 5th of October 2024 in Sun City, and the Global Entrepreneurship Week event between the 11th and the 17th of November 2024.<\/p>\n

The workshop is for people who are currently working within the diamond value chain as well as those who would like to venture into the diamond business and its various sectors. While the first day of the workshop will focus on the regulations, compliance, government interventions and enterprise development, Technology and machinery as well as diamond schools, the second day to be on international market access, new opportunities, financial tools, export and investment.<\/p>\n
